Is shipping insured and do I have to sign for delivery?

Returns & Exchanges
Do you offer exchanges?
Custom or engraved pieces are considered FINAL SALE and may not be returned.
Dana Ro will accept returns and exchanges as long as the “off the shelf” piece is in its original condition, packaging included, and is within 7 days of delivery. The jewelry you return will be inspected. We are unable to return or exchange pieces that have been worn, damaged, or modified by anyone else. The customer is responsible for paying the cost of return shipping and insurance. Please e-mail info@danarojewelry.com with your order number and reason for return.
What if my item arrives damaged?
